INTA 2026 Annual Meeting

Exhibitor Update

Procedures for Move-in and Dismantle of Your Stand

This describes the procedures you and your team should follow.

1) If you ordered any graphics, furnishings, utilities or equipment from official show contractors, those items should be in your space upon arrival. Be sure to bring copies of any orders or paperwork to confirm what you have ordered has been delivered.

2) For any questions regarding pre-orders, all official contractors can be found in the Service Center located at the end of the 800 aisle.

3) When you arrive to set up your stand, use the contractor’s entrance at the front of the exhibit halls. If you are having items delivered to your stand or build being performed by an outside contractor (3rd party vendor), they will do the same. You/they will be issued with a wristband which will allow access to the exhibit hall for set-up. Remember to follow the health & safety regulations for proper attire.

4) If you shipped materials to the GES Advance Warehouse, those materials will be at your stand upon arrival. If you or a third party contractor are delivering through the docks, you must first arrange a time for those to be delivered using the Voyage Control portal, here: https://excellondon.voyagecontrol.com/

This will be available starting this Thursday, April 9th. The portal contains all information about scheduling your delivery, waiting times and proper access to the halls.

If you are a first-time user, you will sign up in the system to create a profile and follow instructions. For exhibitors who have “space only” (an island exhibit), please use the code SPACEINTA when asked.

5) All stands must be completed by the end of the day on Saturday, May 2. The exhibit hall will open at 7:00am on Sunday, May 3 for any last minute clean up or final preparation of your display. No construction will be allowed on Sunday.

6) The same procedures will be followed for the dismantle and move out of the exhibition on Wednesday, May 6. All materials must be removed by 8:00pm that evening.

If you have any questions during the installation or dismantle process, please visit the Service Center or the show management office located in London Suite #5.
