Looking to Rent a Small Meeting Room?
If you are looking to schedule a private room for a small meeting (up to 4 people or up to 8 people) during exhibit hours, please submit this form. The Press Office (located inside the Level 2 exhibit hall) is offering to rent available meeting rooms to exhibitors during exhibit hours ($200 per 50-minute timeslot). The timeslots begin on the hour between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (ie: 10:00 am – 10:50 am). Availability is limited!

Exhibitor Registration
Register Booth Staff by June 13
You can register your booth staff at this link. Your Exhibitor Key Contact will receive an email from CompuSystems, the Official DAC Registration Provider, that includes your company’s unique User Name and Password. Please watch for this email and register your Booth Staff as soon as possible. DAC is requiring all booth staff to be registered by June 13th. Registrations completed after this date will incur an additional fee of $25 per badge.
You can also apply for a Visa now. Conference attendees from outside the United States are urged to begin their visa application early. The waiting time can be long and varies from country to country. U.S. Visas website for the most accurate information. |

DAC 2026 On-Site Space Selection
63rd DAC 2026

As a current exhibitor, you have the opportunity to select exhibit space for DAC 2026 during the priority space selection meeting, which will take place on-site at Moscone Center West during DAC 2025.
The appointment schedule is based on a priority point system that rewards exhibiting history and sponsorship spend, so don’t miss this opportunity to secure the best booth location possible for next year. Please arrive at the exhibit space selection meeting 5 minutes before your assigned time (assignments coming soon) to make sure your exhibit space application has been received and to review the current floor plan.
To select exhibit space for 2026, you must either (1) have a representative present at your scheduled time to select space and sign the contract or (2) submit an application prior to your appointed space selection time with your booth location preferences indicated from the floor plan.

DAC Career Development Day - Only 3 Tables Remaining!
DAC is once again offering your company the opportunity to discover talent and present job opportunities during a 1-day Career Development Day from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm on Tuesday, June 24 at Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.
Students and early career members of the DAC Community will be encouraged to complete an application and upload a résumé/CV which will be shared in advance with participating recruiters. Attendees may stop by the Connection Zone between 10:00 am – 3:30 pm to speak with recruiters.
Recruiters will be provided with:
- 10’ x 8’ Connection Table booth that includes a 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, electrical service, Wi-Fi service, and ID Sign.
- Pre-conference access to resumes uploaded by DAC candidates during the conference registration process.
- Pre-conference posting of job opportunities (up to 10) for DAC candidate review.
- One (1) lead retrieval device to capture attendee contact information.

The DAC Exhibitor Manual is available at the below link. T3 is DAC 2025's official General Contractor.
The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your DAC Exhibits plan. Included are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during DAC 2025.
The online store is open, but you may also place orders by submitting the completed PDF order forms to orders@t3expo.com.
