The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your SC25 Exhibits plan. SC25 has contracted out to a select group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in the online exhibitor manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs.
Included in the manual are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during SC25. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Manual in detail well before SC25 as there are numerous discounts and deadlines. Order through Freeman online by October 16, 2025 for the best Freeman prices. Exhibitor Registration FAQs
What are the registration options for exhibitors?
There are two types of exhibitors: research and industry. The number of booth staff badges granted depends on the type of exhibitor and the size of the booth.
Industry Exhibitors
One complimentary Technical Program badge per booth (no matter the size of the booth), and six complimentary exhibit booth personnel badges for each 10-by-10-foot booth. The fee for additional personnel is $200 per person.
Fifteen Exhibit Hall Only guest passes for each 10-by-10-foot booth. These passes are intended for exhibitor clients only (not for exhibitor staff). Guest passes are good for all three days. Each person invited comes out of the allotment. Exhibitor guests have access to the exhibit hall only when it is open to the public.
Research Exhibitors
Research exhibitors receive no complimentary personnel badges; the fee is $200 per badge. This fee is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased.
Exhibitor Attendees
An exhibitor who wishes to also attend the conference must register as an attendee and pay the applicable registration fee. The $200 over-allotment fee for personnel badges is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased. Exhibitors can register using the Exhibitor Registration link at the bottom of this page, selecting the exhibiting company they are affiliated with from the dropdown menu. The exhibitor attendee will be added to the exhibiting booth upon approval from the designated exhibitor contact.
Exhibitor Guests
The designated exhibitor contact may register their guests for the conference using the Exhibitor Registration link at the bottom of this page. Exhibitor guests cannot register themselves online in advance. Exhibitor guests wishing to register on-site need approval from the designated exhibitor contact.

The exhibitor ID will be emailed to the designated exhibitor contact.

SC25 Exhibitor Forum Submissions Are Open
Submissions Close August 8th
Each year, the Exhibitor Forum provides manufacturers, vendors, research institutions, and HPC service providers with a venue to deliver a technical presentation that is open to both Exhibits and Technical Program attendees. It is a great opportunity to showcase a technology or use case to a large audience outside the confines of an exhibit space.
Once again, sessions will cover a broad range of topics at the forefront of HPC, including cutting-edge hardware, advanced software solutions, data management infrastructure, large research projects, and community efforts. The Exhibitor Forum topic areas this year are:
- Exascale Systems
- Data Management
- AI and Data Analytics
- High-Speed Networking
- Programming Abstractions
- Hardware and Architecture
- Software and Tools
- Applications and Workflows
- Quantum Computing and Beyond Moore’s Law
Our exhibitor community is the heart of every SC Conference, and the Exhibitor Forum is an important opportunity for all attendees. We appreciate your participation and support and look forward to offering an exciting Exhibitor Forum agenda this year.
Please review the below submission guidelines to increase the chances of your proposal being selected.
Submission Information:
To submit, please provide two presentation abstracts, a detailed one for review (up to 500 words) and a short description for the program (up to 150 words). Please DO NOT submit company-confidential information, since this file will be disseminated to the review committee.
Exhibitor Forum submissions will be reviewed and chosen based on review score and how well the abstract fits with the topics above. All other factors, including order of submissions will have no bearing on acceptance. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please make sure to get your abstracts submitted no later than 11:59 PM (EST) on August 8, 2025. There will be no extensions. Each accepted presentation will be scheduled in a 20-minute slot on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning of the conference.

SC25 Job Fair
Open to all SC25 Registrants
SC is once again offering Organizations the opportunity to discover talent and present job opportunities during a 1-day Job Fair from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 19 at America's Center in St. Louis, MO.
Students, young professionals, and experienced professionals of the SC Community will be encouraged to complete an application and upload a résumé/CV which will be shared in advance with participating recruiters. Attendees may stop by the Job Fair in Hall 6 at any time on Wednesday between 10:30 am – 3:00 pm to speak with recruiters.
Recruiters will be provided with:
- 10’ x 8’ Tabletop booth that includes an 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, electrical service, Wi-Fi service, and ID Sign.
- Pre-conference/post-conference access to resumes uploaded by SC candidates.
- Pre-conference/post-conference posting of job opportunities (up to 10) for SC candidate review.
- Two Job Fair Representative passes that include light snacks and beverages
Fee: SC25 Job Fair = $1,000 through October 17, 2025; $1,500 after October 17, 2025 |

SC Exhibitor Suites |

Exhibitor Suite Conference Rooms are available for companies interested in private meetings in the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitor suite rentals include hard wall room with door, carpeted floor, and items listed below. Exhibitors with a 20x20 or larger are eligible. Standard size is 15'x15' and can be built larger in size.
