Call for Exhibitors: Join the Students@SC25 Scavenger Hunt!
Bring extra energy to your booth, connect with students, and boost your brand visibility.
The Students@SC program is excited to once again host the Scavenger Hunt at SC25! This popular activity encourages hundreds of students to explore the exhibit hall, solve clues, visit booths, and compete for prizes.
We invite exhibitors to get involved in one or both of the following ways:
- Be a destination in the Scavenger Hunt.
- Contribute a prize for the student winners.
It’s a fun, high-impact way to engage with the next generation of talent while increasing exposure for your organization.

SC25 Job Fair
Open to all SC25 Registrants
SC is once again offering Organizations the opportunity to discover talent and present job opportunities during a 1-day Job Fair from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 19 at America's Center in St. Louis, MO.
Students, young professionals, and experienced professionals of the SC Community will be encouraged to complete an application and upload a résumé/CV which will be shared in advance with participating recruiters. Attendees may stop by the Job Fair in Hall 6 at any time on Wednesday between 10:30 am – 3:00 pm to speak with recruiters.
Recruiters will be provided with:
- 10’ x 8’ Tabletop booth that includes an 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, electrical service, Wi-Fi service, and ID Sign.
- Pre-conference/post-conference access to resumes uploaded by SC candidates.
- Pre-conference/post-conference posting of job opportunities (up to 10) for SC candidate review.
- Two Job Fair Representative passes that include light snacks and beverages
SC25 Job Fair Fee: $1,500 for Industry Exhibitors; $1,000 for Research Exhibitors

Food, beverages, and entertainment for registered exhibitors. An exhibitor badge and government-issued ID are required. For more information, visit https://sc25.supercomputing.org/attend/receptions/.

Food will be served to exhibitor booth staff between 4:45 pm and 6:45 pm in Hall 6 on Monday evening prior to attendees arriving for the Exhibits Opening Gala. Drink ticket packs cost $100 and each pack will include 11 tickets. Order yours in advance (through Registration) or purchase at registration. Credit cards will also be accepted for drinks.
Remember to have your booth fully staffed during the Gala in the Exhibit Hall as it is one of the more popular times for attendees to visit with exhibitors.

The Student Tours program brings local high school students and chaperones to SC to listen and learn about HPC while they take guided tours of the exhibit floor. Interested exhibitors who wish to participate in having students visit their booth should email student-tours@info.supercomputing.org.

Exhibitor Registration FAQs
What are the registration options for exhibitors?
There are two types of exhibitors: research and industry. The number of booth staff badges granted depends on the type of exhibitor and the size of the booth.
Industry Exhibitors
One complimentary Technical Program badge per booth (no matter the size of the booth), and six complimentary exhibit booth personnel badges for each 10-by-10-foot booth. The fee for additional personnel is $200 per person.
Fifteen Exhibit Hall Only guest passes for each 10-by-10-foot booth.These passes are intended for exhibitor clients only (not for exhibitor staff). Guest passes are good for all three days. Each person invited comes out of the allotment. Exhibitor guests have access to the exhibit hall only when it is open to the public.
Research Exhibitors
Research exhibitors receive no complimentary personnel badges; the fee is $200 per badge. This fee is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased.

The exhibitor ID will be emailed to the designated exhibitor contact.

The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your SC25 Exhibits plan. SC25 has contracted out to a select group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in the online exhibitor manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs.
Included in the manual are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during SC25. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Manual in detail well before SC25 as there are numerous discounts and deadlines. Order through Freeman online by October 16, 2025 for the best Freeman prices.
