Three Purdue College of Agriculture professors were recently elected to the distinction of fellow from the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the world's largest general scientific society. From left, Mary Catherine Aime, Botany and Plant Pathology, Jeffrey Dukes, Forestry and Natural Resources, and Jin-Rong Xu, Botany and Plant Pathology, were all elected in the field of biological sciences. Margaret Gitau Mark Russell
Margaret Gitau, Agricultural & Biological Engineering, has been selected as fellow of the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program and will work with the University of South Africa.
