PGSG ELECTION WORKSHOP

The Purdue Graduate Student Government (PGSG) is holding an Election Workshop on March 26, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Purdue Graduate Student Center.
This workshop is highly recommended for anyone interested in running for a PGSG position and will provide information about the roles, responsibilities, eligibility requirements, and the election process.
If you are a member of a PGSG team or committee in good standing, you are eligible to stand as a candidate for most PGSG Executive Board positions.
Want to learn more about running for office and the expectations of each officer role within PGSG? If yes, you are invited to attend the Election Workshop. 


DATE: Thursday, March 26, 2026
TIME: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
VENUE: Purdue Graduate Student Center.

All individuals seeking office should engage with the relevant Executive Officer, Team Chair or Vice Chair during the Election Workshop to understand role expectations.

ENCHANTERED MASQUERADE GRAD GALA 




Join us for a night of mystery! Happening live on Friday, March 27 | 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM at the Gathering Acres Event Center (5074 E 550 S, Lafayette, IN 47909). 

  • Masks will be provided at the door.
  • Every Attendee (including +1) needs to bring a valid 21+ physical ID (State ID/Driver's License/Passport)
  • Plus-Ones: Welcome! Please include them in your RSVP.
  • Bar: Cash bar available.
  • Shuttles: Free transportation provided to/from the PMU for those who need it (limited slots).
  • Food: Provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Parking: The venue has parking spots available on site
Dress code: formal/cocktail attire recommended

Shuttle Times:
Pickup at PMU: 5:30 PM | 6:20 PM 
Return from Venue: 10:00 PM | 11:00 PM

Please choose your preferred shuttle time. Shuttle times will be assigned based on responses. We'll do our best to accommodate as many as possible to their preferred shuttle time, but we cannot guarantee it.

PGSCenter: THE HOME OF PGSG

Make this your home on campus - Purdue Graduate Student Center is located at 504 Northwestern Avenue, West Lafayette. We are located right in front of the Northwestern Parking Garage. PGSCenter is open to all graduate students Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 pm . Enjoy what the Center has to offer!
Kitchenette equipped with microwaves, full size refrigerator, coffee, hot chocolate, snack (
first come first served basis) & Coke vending machines. Lounge features large screen TV, piano keyboard, board games, etc. We also have 60 seating conference room for seminars, meetings, etc.
Plus, there are many areas to use for study space or meet up with friends!
