Exhibitors can order online at https://mrsfall2023.spsleads.com. Order by October 1 to take advantage of the early reduced pricing.

Exhibitor Registration

An invitation to access the Exhibitor Registration site, powered by Streampoint, has been sent to all participating exhibitors.

Exhibitors must use this website to register for their on-site booth staff badges.
Exhibitor badges allow access to Exhibit Hall only.
You may log in at any time to update your booth staff attending the meeting.
There is no limit on the number of booth staff.
Exhibitors are allotted one Technical Registration per 10’ x 10’ booth.

NOTE: Exhibitor badges are for exhibit personnel and cannot be ordered for customers or guests.

Exhibitor Manual

The Exhibitor Manual is available at this link. Note: If you have not previously logged in to Freeman Online, you will need to set up a username and password.

The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your exhibits plan. MRS has contracted with a select group of companies to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in the online Exhibitor Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs.

Included in the manual are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during the 2023 MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Manual in detail well before the meeting as there are numerous discounts and deadlines. Order through Freeman online by October 30, 2023 for the best prices. These companies are not affiliated with the 2023 MRS Fall Meeting. Only the MRS website will have official housing for the Meeting.

MRS receives meeting space at a greatly discounted rate as a result of contracting a large block of sleeping rooms at the official meeting hotels. In order to keep meeting costs as low as possible and minimize the financial risk to MRS, we encourage you to utilize official MRS housing while you are attending an MRS meeting.

Exhibitor Workshops

MRS is accepting submissions for Exhibitor Workshops during the 2023 MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit. MRS offers exhibitors the opportunity to present workshops to a diverse, international industry-focused audience. Utilize this dedicated time to demonstrate your organization’s integral expertise to the materials research science industry. Investment $1,000 | 2 for $1,750.

Sessions will be promoted on the Fall Meeting website and with on-site signage. Each workshop is 20 minutes, and exhibitors should allow for a short Q&A period after the presentation. Time slots will be scheduled throughout the day on Tuesday -Thursday.
