Exhibitor Manual
The Exhibitor Manual is available at this link. Within the Exhibitor Manual website, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in the LibLearnX Exhibits. Show Management has lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process.
Please review the Quick Facts, and pay attention to order deadlines, as advance orders can save you time and money. If you have any questions related to exhibitor services, please contact GES at 800/801-7648. You can also Chat with GES during normal business hours.
Included in the Exhibitor Manual is the Exhibit Operations Guide. Take a moment to review the Guide – it can save you a great deal of time and expense at showtime!

Exhibitor Registration
Our registration partner, CompuSystems, is the official vendor for Exhibitor Badge Registration.
Your primary booth contact has been sent login credentials from CompuSystems to access their Exhibitor Registration Portal. From there you can add booth staff, view and edit existing registrants, and order lead retrieval. If you have any questions or problems regarding exhibitor registration, contact 224/563-3124; Lead Retrieval questions can be directed to 708/785-5565.
NOTE: Exhibitor badges are for exhibit personnel only and cannot be ordered for customers or guests.
In support of the Code of Conduct, ALA will implement a Community of Care at LibLearnX: The Library Learning Experience and the Annual Conference & Exhibition. We ask that you please distribute this information to all booth staff.

IMPORTANT:
Accept no substitutes! Please be aware that there are companies that claim to provide housing and registration services for the ALA conferences that are not affiliated with ALA in any way. The chances are quite good that sometime soon you will receive a fax, e-mail transmission or phone call (if you haven't already) that offers you cut-rate housing. The author's apparent intent is to convince you that the offer is made on behalf of ALA. IT IS NOT. Many exhibitors have become the unwitting victims of these room block poachers who secure exhibitor lists from Internet Web sites and membership databases from the membership directories that associations produce.
Don't be misled! Housing for LibLearnX is handled exclusively by onPeak.
When ALA secures hotel sleeping rooms for our conferences, we do so to assure that our attendees and exhibitors are adequately accommodated. We also require hotels for meeting space for the numerous sessions offered. This involves contracting rooms and space with many hotels, however, doing so will subject us to cancellation and attrition policies.
Everyone loves a bargain. Poaching housing blocks, however, is not about better prices - it is about highly suspect ethics and service. We hope you will support ALA's efforts to thwart the efforts of room block poachers when making your housing arrangements.

Exhibitor Conference Room Rental
ALA is offering a limited number of Exhibitor Conference Rooms on the exhibit floor. Exhibitor Conference Rooms are available to rent for exhibiting companies interested in a conveniently located, private meeting space to be used for company meetings, press conferences, sales consultations or focus groups. The cost of an Exhibitor Conference Room is $4,250.

The ALA board has approved a new LLX schedule to include more time for attendees to spend in the exhibit hall. Up from 3 hours to a total of 7! The schedule also includes a refreshment break on Sunday afternoon in the exhibit hall. More positive changes will be made as the planning process continues.

Here you will find an assembled group of materials to assist in your promotion of LibLearnX (#LibLearnX24) to clients, prospects, and colleagues.
Use of logos in promoting your participation in ALA events should be directed towards your customers and attendees, and is not to be used to solicit other companies/vendors. Acceptance of an exhibit space contract does not provide an endorsement of an exhibitors products or services.
ALA Logos & Guidelines for Use
The logos of the American Library Association are ALA trademarks and may only be used by those who have received prior written permission from ALA for a specific use. This permission is usually granted based on a shared initiative or special relationship, and requires a specific ALA or ALA division contact name.
