Exhibitor ManualThe CVPR 2026 Exhibitor Manual is live. This site provides you with the rules and regulations and a quick and easy way to order the services you'll need for your participation as an exhibitor. Please take a few moments to review the Manual in detail. Included are order forms for all services provided by the official CVPR 2026 Expo contractors. To place online orders, you will be required to sign up to Freeman's new online experience. If this is your first time using the new Freeman, click on "Sign up". HousingThe conference has negotiated discounted rates at nearby hotels. Please use https://cvpr.thecvf.com/Conferences/2026/Hotels to make your room reservations. Cutoff dates for reservations are May 11 or May 12, depending on the hotel property. Alert: Exhibitors may be contacted by non-official housing groups Some exhibitors may be contacted by unaffiliated organizations regarding housing for CVPR 2026. Please be advised that these groups try to present themselves as an official vendor for CVPR 2026, offering a potential hotel room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please be aware that these groups are not affiliated with CVPR in any way. Housing for CVPR should be made through this link only. Exhibit Staff RegistrationBooth space includes one (1) Expo Only staff registration for each 100 square feet reserved. Additional Expo Only staff registrations may be purchased at $100 per registration. Here is the link to register your staff. Discount codes have been sent for the comps in your package. If you do not have your discount code, contact cvpr@heiexpo.com. All booth staff must register in advance. Anyone registered under a full passport can get a wristband onsite for early access to the exhibit hall for set up. | ||||||
