The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your SC24 Exhibits plan. SC24 has contracted out to a select group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in the online exhibitor manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs.
Included in the manual are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during SC24. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Manual in detail well before SC24 as there are numerous discounts and deadlines. Order through Freeman online by October 17, 2024 for the best prices. Georgia World Congress Center Vehicle Display Guidelines
Liquid-fueled or gaseous-fueled vehicles, boats or other motorcraft shall not be located indoors except as follows:
- Batteries are disconnected except where the fire code official requires that the batteries remain connected to maintain safety features.
- Fuel in fuel tanks does not exceed one-quarter tank or 5 gallons (19 L) (whichever is least). The amount of fuel for Diesel, Propane, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) or Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) is limited to 5 gallons or less. These vehicles are required to have a shut-off valve on the storage container. For Hydrogen Vehicles, the fuel valve must be in the off position but no requirement on amount of hydrogen fuel.
- Fuel tanks and fill openings are closed and sealed to prevent tampering.
- Vehicles, boats or other motor craft equipment are not fueled or defueled within the building.
Separate batteries that are used for auxiliary equipment are allowed to remain connected. Visqueen or another floor protector must be placed under the vehicle. Any vehicles inside the building must be included on the floor plan and EAP plan and are subject to State Fire Marshal approval.
A vehicle handling charge will be assessed at prevailing rates for each vehicle to be placed on any upper level of the GWCC. The GWCCA Engineering Team will guide vehicles to their final placement location.
Any vehicles that are not compliant with the policy listed, will require a Firewatch, or may not be approved. For more information on Vehicles and Firewatch, please refer to the GWCC Event Planning Guide (pages 22-24).

What are the registration options for exhibitors?
There are two types of exhibitors: research and industry. The number of booth staff badges granted depends on the type of exhibitor and the size of the booth.
Industry Exhibitors
One complimentary Technical Program badge per booth (no matter the size of the booth), and six complimentary exhibit booth personnel badges for each 10-by-10-foot booth. The fee for additional personnel is $200 per person.
Fifteen Exhibit Hall Only guest passes for each 10-by-10-foot booth. These passes are intended for exhibitor clients only (not for exhibitor staff). Guest passes are good for all three days. Each person invited comes out of the allotment. Exhibitor guests have access to the exhibit hall only when it is open to the public.
Research Exhibitors
Research exhibitors receive no complimentary personnel badges; the fee is $200 per badge. This fee is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased.

SC24 Exhibitor Forum Submission Deadline Is Fast Approaching
Each year, the Exhibitor Forum provides manufacturers, vendors, research institutions, and HPC service providers with a venue to deliver a technical presentation that is open to both Exhibits and Technical Program attendees. It is a great opportunity to showcase a technology or use case to a large audience outside the confines of an exhibit space.
Once again, sessions will cover a broad range of topics at the forefront of HPC, including cutting-edge hardware, advanced software solutions, data management infrastructure, large research projects, and community efforts. The Exhibitor Forum topic areas this year are:
- Exascale Systems
- Data Management
- AI and Data Analytics
- High-Speed Networking
- Programming Abstractions
- Hardware and Architecture
- Software and Tools
- Applications and Workflows
- Quantum Computing and Beyond Moore’s Law
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace
Our exhibitor community is the heart of every SC Conference, and the Exhibitor Forum is an important opportunity for all attendees. We appreciate your participation and support and look forward to offering an exciting Exhibitor Forum agenda this year.
Please review the below submission guidelines to increase the chances of your proposal being selected.
Submission Information:
To submit, please provide two presentation abstracts, a detailed one for review (up to 500 words) and a short description for the program (up to 150 words). Please DO NOT submit company-confidential information, since this file will be disseminated to the review committee.
Exhibitor Forum submissions will be reviewed and chosen based on review score and how well the abstract fits with the topics above. All other factors, including order of submissions will have no bearing on acceptance. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please make sure to get your abstracts submitted no later than 11:59 PM (EST) on August 9, 2024. There will be no extensions. Each accepted presentation will be scheduled in a 20-minute slot on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning of the conference.

SC24 Job Fair
Open to all SC24 Registrants
SC is once again offering Organizations the opportunity to discover talent and present job opportunities during a 1-day Job Fair from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm on Tuesday, November 19 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.
Students, young professionals, and experienced professionals of the SC Community will be encouraged to complete an application and upload a résumé/CV which will be shared in advance with participating recruiters. Attendees may stop by the Job Fair in Hall A at any time on Tuesday between 10:30 am – 3:00 pm to speak with recruiters.
Recruiters will be provided with:
- 10’ x 8’ Tabletop booth that includes an 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, electrical service, Wi-Fi service, and ID Sign.
- Pre-conference/post-conference access to resumes uploaded by SC candidates.
- Pre-conference/post-conference posting of job opportunities (up to 10) for SC candidate review.
- Two Job Fair Representative passes that include light snacks and beverages
- Fee: SC24 Job Fair = $1,000 through October 21, 2024; $1,500 after October 21, 2024

Exhibitor Suites
Exhibitor Suite Conference Rooms are available for companies interested in private meetings in the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitor suite rentals include hard wall room with door, carpeted floor, and items listed below. Exhibitors with a 20x20 or larger are eligible. Standard size is 15'x15' and can be built larger in size. Additionally, each suite includes the following furnishings:
- One (1) - Madison 10' Conference Table
- Ten (10) - Black Diamond Side Chairs
- One (1) - Wastebasket
- One (1) 6' x 30" W Draped Table
New for 2024 – Expanded Days and Hours For Suites in Hall A. Hall B Hours are the same as the Exhibit Hours.
