Self-loading tunnels (no attendant and one attendant)
Chemical monitoring technology

New equipment (beyond the lights)
Industry consolidation (distributor/manufacturer)
Average ticket heroes.

these meetings twice a year. Everyone who attended left with new ideas, and looks forward to the next meeting.
New: PDQ's Tandem Surfline
Kamal’s Car Wash in Salem, New Hampshire jumped on PDQ’s newest technology: the Tandem Surfline soft-touch in-bay system. Kamal’s new unit replaced a 2011 Tandem and is a great addition to the three LW 360 Pluses in his four PDQ bays. Remember: Surfline’s friction machine navigates around the vehicle more precisely than ever, to clean the widest variety of vehicle types, from tiny two-seaters to tool-toting trucks.
Now That’s a Grand Opening!
The Tube Car Wash in Fort Wayne, Indiana, opened its new Totally Tommy Tunnel in mid-January -- and cars lined up down the street. We are so excited to have played a small role in this success!
