An important survey for Purdue staff members has just been released. APSAC wants to make sure you are aware of this opportunity to have your voice heard.

Human Resources partnered with a company called Emplify for an employee engagement survey that was released January 29 and will run until Wednesday, February 5. The survey is being conducted by the off-campus firm to provide 100% confidentiality, so it will be a great way to offer feedback about what it’s like working at Purdue. Please consider participating! It is through honest feedback that it will be possible to create an environment where each of us can perform our best and thrive.

The survey email is from Emplify (surveys@emplify.com) rather than from a Purdue email address. So, please do not mark it as spam. The message includes your personalized link to the survey, so you should not attempt to forward it to others. If you deleted it or marked it as spam, please check your trash or spam folder in your mailbox. If it is gone, please contact Sasse Steele in Human Resources and she will have the vendor resend the email to you.

A reminder: APSAC’s annual membership drive will be starting soon. Staff members in the areas that will have vacancies for terms starting this June will receive email in early February, so stay tuned. As you know, APSAC serves as a two-way conduit between staff and the administration. As such, we serve two distinct constituencies, each with the need to hear the other and to be heard by the other. I hope you will consider joining us. Please feel free to reach out to me or to any APSAC member with your questions or concerns. Thank you!

Employee Engagement Survey
Employee Engagement Survey
On January 29, on behalf of Human Resources, Emplify sent a survey invitation via email to participate in an employee engagement survey. They want to learn what’s important to you, how you’re really doing at work, what’s working well, and where improvements are needed. The survey takes about six minutes to complete and must be completed by Wednesday, February 5. Read more about the survey and labs that are available to provide increased access and assistance.
