Beware of Attendee List Scammers


Unofficial marketing firms have contacted MRS members, potential MRS Meeting attendees and exhibitors about marketing opportunities and MRS mailing list rentals, including Spring and Fall Meeting registration lists. MRS takes privacy issues very seriously and does not share information about our members, meeting attendees, exhibitors, vendors, or affiliates. These companies are not affiliated with MRS. Note that only the MRS website and official MRS marketing documents linked in this newsletter will have official contacts for and information about renting mailing lists or ordering pre- and post-event customized email blasts. Valid MRS emails will include “Email ID Text”@mrs.org or MRS@HEIExpo.com.

Do not reply to emails from "exposolutionz.com" or other parties claiming to sell MRS attendee lists.


Exhibit Hall Guest Registration

Please note: Badges are required to enter the Exhibit Hall. An Exhibit Hall-Only badge will only provide you access to the Exhibit Hall during exhibit hours. After registering, you will receive an email with a QR code to use in order to print your badge in the MRS registration area of the Hynes Convention Center.


Lead Retrieval Services


MRS is pleased to offer Lead Retrieval services through Streampoint, the official registration vendor. Order by November 5 for regular pricing.


Exhibitor Manual


The Exhibitor Manual is available at this link. Note: If you have not previously logged in to Freeman Online, you will need to set up a username and password.

The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your exhibits plan. MRS has contracted with a select group of companies to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in the online Exhibitor Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs.

Included in the manual are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during the 2023 MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit. Please direct any questions to Freeman Exhibitor Support.

Booth Carpet Reminder


Exhibitors are required to and responsible for carpeting their entire booth space. Carpet or flooring not installed by 10:00am on Tuesday, November 28 will be forced by Show Management at the exhibitors expense. Please visit the Freeman Exhibitor Manual to place your order.


Exhibitor Registration


An invitation to access the Exhibitor Registration site, powered by Streampoint, has been sent to all participating exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors must use this website to register for their on-site booth staff badges.
  • Exhibitor badges allow access to Exhibit Hall only.
  • You may log in at any time to update your booth staff attending the meeting.
  • There is no limit on the number of booth staff.
  • Exhibitors are allotted one Technical Registration per 10’ x 10’ booth. 
NOTE: Exhibitor badges are for exhibit personnel and cannot be ordered for customers or guests.

We encourage you to promote your participation and sponsorship. Use the promotional assets in the Exhibitor Toolkit found on this page, adding them to your website, newsletters, email signatures, and more. Don't forget to use the #F23MRS hashtag in your social media posts.

PLEASE NOTE: Unofficial housing bureaus, including CBS International Travel and Global Housing, have contacted exhibitors and potential attendees and/or created websites with housing options. These companies are not affiliated with the 2023 MRS Fall Meeting. Only the MRS website will have official housing for the Meeting.

MRS receives meeting space at a greatly discounted rate as a result of contracting a large block of sleeping rooms at the official meeting hotels. In order to keep meeting costs as low as possible and minimize the financial risk to MRS, we encourage you to utilize official MRS housing while you are attending an MRS meeting.

If you do not have your password, please follow the “Forgot your password?” link on the page. 
  1. Once you are signed in to the Portal, click on Profile Editor. 
  2. Enter your company name as you wish it to appear. 
  3. Click on Company Logo to upload a .jpg or .png file of your company’s logo. 
  4. Include a description for your company.  
  5. Select the Products & Services that best fit your company’s offerings. 
  6. Click Save & Complete when you are finished.
