So what else do you need to know about attending Zoobilation 2021?
- Print your tickets! Trust us, this will save you time and hassle when you are entering the event. P.S. Don’t leave them at home on the counter, either!
- Download the “Zoobilation – Indianapolis Zoo” App (Android and iOS) to keep track of the entertainment, view special announcements, and vote for the People’s Choice Award. Need we say more?
- Dress for the weather to make sure you stay cool!
- Wear comfortable shoes. Ditch the heels! You don’t want to get blisters when you would rather be dancing.
- Hydrate throughout the evening and make sure you pace yourself! An evening of decadent food and endless drinks in the heat means you need to watch your hydration levels.
- Make sure your cell phone is fully charged so you can take lots of photos of food, drink and animals!
- Designate a driver or use an Uber/Lyft/taxi. There will be a designated pickup area after the event ends for you to catch your ride.
During Zoobilation, remember to vote for the People’s Choice Award (via the app) and show off your style by competing in the fashion contest.

Time for a Croc-tail
In addition to sampling the finest culinary creations Indianapolis has to offer, Zoobilation guests will have the opportunity to sip cocktails, wine, and other drinks, served from 15 public bars – all set amid the Indianapolis Zoo’s amazing animals and exhibits. Zoobilation Premium Experience guests will also enjoy an exclusive wine tasting experience in the Crocodile Rock Lounge inside the Ascension St. Vincent Dolphin Pavilion.  | The Stars of the Event
The Zoo’s newest exhibit Alligators & Crocodiles: The Fight to Survive, presented by Central Indiana Honda Dealers, is now open. American alligators are the largest reptile species in the United States, and the Orinoco crocodile is the third largest species of crocodilian and the largest species in the Americas.
Zoobilation guests will be able to see these remarkable reptiles up close. Use the map within the Zoobilation app to locate this exhibit near the Plains entrance as well to easily navigate between restaurants, bars and stages.

 | Zoobilation Mask Update
In accordance with the current Marion County health mandate, fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear masks indoors and outdoors at Zoobilation. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear masks indoors at all times and outdoors when not eating and drinking and when social distancing is not possible. |
