Important Announcements for DAC Exhibitors in June!


 

1. New for 2024! Exhibit Floor Suite Meeting Rooms
available for rent.


DAC is adding Suite Meeting Rooms, on the exhibit floor in the Community Connection Zone on Level 1 in Booth 1553, for exhibitors who are not building their own private rooms. These meeting rooms will accommodate groups of 4-8 participants and are ideal for customer meetings, focus groups, sales team meetings, or booth staff meetings pre-show and post-show.

The meeting rooms are available for exhibitors (only) to rent during exhibit hall hours for 50-minute meetings, on the hour each day, beginning at 9:00 am prior to opening and ending at 6:50 pm after closing.  
 
Rooms include carpet and furniture to accommodate up to 4 individuals in a small meeting room, or 8 individuals in a large meeting room, and should be reserved in advance.  (Note: Rooms do not include electrical power or monitors). 
  • Small Meeting Room Rental - $200 for 50-minutes
  • Large Meeting Room Rental - $250 for 50-minutes
Rental timeslots are available on a first-come, first served basis, and limited to 4 meetings per day, per exhibitor.

2. New procedure to add DAC Suites to your exhibit space.  

Suite Layout Request Deadline is April 19th

All exhibitors, with 200 sq. ft. or more, have the option to add a private meeting space to their existing booth space. The suite package includes carpet, walls, doors, and the labor to install, at just $20/sq. ft. The walls are padded on the inside for sound proofing and there are additional options an exhibitor can add to enhance their suite. Exhibitors are allowed to build Meeting Suites within their rented exhibit space on the following basis:
  • Exhibit space from 200 to 400 sq. ft. – at least 100 square feet of exhibit space must be public booth space. 
  • Exhibit space greater than 400 sq. ft. – at least 25% of exhibit space must be public booth space.
We make it easy! DAC will invoice for the cost of the Meeting Suite and T3 will contact you direct to confirm your Suite requirements and begin the design process. Deadline to submit a meeting suite layout request is April 19, 2024. Final orders must be approved by May 31, 2024.

3. The Exhibitor Manual is Live!


The DAC 2024 Exhibitor Manual is now available at the below link. T3 is DAC 2024's official General Contractor.


The Exhibitor Manual is your resource for the successful implementation of your DAC Exhibits plan. Included are the rules and regulations, shipping and handling instructions, rental display options, labor services, and order forms for every service available to exhibitors during DAC 2024.

The online store is open, but you may also place orders by submitting the completed PDF order forms to orders@t3expo.com.

4. DAC Career Development Day


DAC is once again offering Exhibitors the opportunity to discover talent and present job opportunities during a 1-day Career Development Day from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm on Tuesday, June 25 at Moscone Center West in San Francisco, CA.

 
Students and early career members of the DAC Community will be encouraged to complete an application and upload a résumé/CV which will be shared in advance with participating recruiters.  Attendees may stop by the Connection Zone on Level 3 at any time on Tuesday between 10:00 am – 3:30 pm to speak with recruiters.

Recruiters will be provided with:
  • 10’ x 8’ Connection Table booth that includes a 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, electrical service, Wi-Fi service, and ID Sign.
  • Pre-conference access to resumes uploaded by DAC candidates during the conference registration process.
  • Pre-conference posting of job opportunities (up to 10) for DAC candidate review.
  • Morning coffee service in the Career Development Connection Zone on Level 3 of Moscone West.
  • One (1) lead retrieval device to capture attendee contact information.
  • Fee: Career Development Day Connection Table = $3,000 
  • (Limited to one (1) table per exhibiting company – Connection Zone tables are limited)

DAC exhibitors may receive communications from companies selling DAC attendee lists. Please note that these companies have no affiliation with DAC, we do not verify their lists and we cannot recommend purchasing a list through them.

DAC offers exhibitors the opportunity to distribute emails to Conference and Exhibit-Only attendees who opt-in to receive communication. To reserve a DAC attendee list email distribution date, please complete the DAC Attendee Email Order Form.

Housing Poachers Reminder

Some exhibitors may be contacted by outside vendors regarding housing for DAC. Please be aware that these companies claim to provide housing and registration services for DAC, but are not affiliated with DAC in any way. DON’T BE MISLED. No hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of DAC, so avoid housing scams and use only the official DAC online housing website.
