You and your participants will soon experience significant upgrades to millimanbenefits.com. Showcasing a refreshed and modern design, the enhanced site brings together all Milliman-administered benefits — whether Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefit (DB) and Health & Welfare (HW), or any combination — in a single Account Overview. The upgraded site is scheduled to go live around October 9, and no downtime is expected.

What's New for Plan Sponsors
On the Plan Sponsor side, you’ll have access to the same great information you already
have, with a few enhancements.
  • New Plan Sponsor login page (no changes to your username and password)
  • Easier navigation with key plan data tools conveniently relocated to a new left menu
  • Enhanced analytics with a new Plan Health Participant Outreach file identifying those who need a nudge to boost their plan health
No action is required from you, and the features you have saved as your Favorites will stay the same. If you have questions about these changes or would like to discuss how they will support your plan’s goals, please reach out to your Milliman team.

What's New for Participants
  • Updated Account Overview and Plan Dashboard pages with personalized features and smart quick links
  • A Retirement Income Illustration that shows if participants are financially on track for retirement
  • New tile that provides beneficiary designation status for all Milliman‑administered plans
  • A faster way to monitor recent account access and security changes
  • A Financial Education center to help participants take the next financial step that’s best for them
