IU Health Virtual Hiring Event

Indiana University Health is hiring for nursing and patient care assistant (PCA) positions. Visit their website and select a preferred phone interview date/time now through April 30.

No prior application is needed. The state has waived NCLEX requirements, allowing RN students graduating from accredited schools to obtain temporary licenses.

Attention Class of 2020
First Destination Survey

Congratulations, seniors! We applaud your hard work, dedication, and perseverance, and we are excited to watch your continued success beyond graduation. You have the power to demonstrate to others what it means to be a part of Marian University, and we can’t wait to see what you do.

We know you are proud of your education, and you should be. We are proud of you as well, and we want to share this good news with the greater community. That said, as you secure post-graduate opportunities, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete our annual First Destination Survey

This survey is important for many reasons. It allows us to share your successes with prospective students and their families to help them understand the value of a Marian University education. Your feedback helps to determine both strengths and opportunities for improvement within our programs. And it also reminds you, the graduating student, of our dedication to your future success. Even after you receive that diploma, know that you are— and always will be—part of the Marian family. Remember that The Exchange is a free and available resource, even for alumni. So stay in touch, stay engaged, and when you’re off changing the world in big and small ways, drop us a line so we can bring you back to campus to inspire more students to do the same.

Congratulations, Class of 2020!

Career Development
Networking 101

No matter the industry, networking is essential to a long, successful career. The most successful networkers know that the real work begins well before the event begins and ends long after you get home. Preparation and follow-up are just as important as the networking event itself! Students, remember that you do have something to offer professionals that you meet.
Virtual Interviewing 101

As technology advances, companies turn more and more to virtual interviewing where they are able to "sit down" with a prospective hire no matter the distance. It's important to prepare specifically for virtual interviews.
