Exhibitor Housing

Exhibitor housing for the ALA 2025 Annual Conference & Exhibition is now open. In partnership with onPeak, ALA has secured discounted rates at a selection of hotels in Philadelphia. Through onPeak we're able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to the ALA 2025 Annual Conference & Exhibition. onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by the ALA 2025 Annual Conference & Exhibition, and we request that you to book through them early for the best selection and price.

Reservation assistance: ala@onpeaksupport.com, 800/584-9047; 312/527-7300

IMPORTANT: Beware of Unauthorized Housing Offers
Only onPeak is authorized to handle housing for Annual Conference. Some companies falsely claim to offer discounted ALA conference housing but are not affiliated with ALA. If you receive unsolicited emails, calls, or faxes offering hotel deals, they are not legitimate.

Booking through ALA’s official housing provider ensures you get the best rates, supports our conference, and helps secure meeting space. Room poaching isn’t about savings—it’s about unethical practices that put exhibitors and attendees at risk.

Protect yourself—book only through onPeak. Thank you for your support!

  • Help amplify our social media posts by resharing them on your social channels. We'd love to see a share or a comment from you.

Bookmark this page and check back for future updates. As they become available, new resources will be added.

Promotion Tips:
  • March is the best month to announce your participation on social media and in emails, as early registration rates will end on March 31.
  • Post often during the month.
  • ALA is not currently posting on Twitter/X. If you would like to, that is fine. If you have a BlueSky account, please be sure to add #ALAAC25 to your posts so that we may reshare your posts when possible.

Library Insights Summit 2025

Library Insights Summit

Register with the Early Bird Rate through February 28.

A daylong conference focused on bringing publishers and librarians together to improve their business relationship, LIS discussion topics include improving metadata for title discovery, balancing digital and print book demand, collaborating on challenges faced by librarians, and marketing tactics for reaching both rural and urban systems. Two keynote speakers, lunch, and refreshments round out the day with plenty of time for networking.

LIS was conceived as a forum for publishing professionals to better understand and interact with librarians, to learn more about current collection development needs, and to network with other publishers to energize their ALA participation. A separate morning track is designed to meet the needs of author publishers.

Plan your ALA adventure in advance so that you can accommodate your booth set-up schedule around this can’t-miss event. The exhibit hall opens for set-up Thursday, June 26, from 8am-5pm, providing you with an alternative to booth building on the day of the LIS event.

Ticket Price: Early Bird Rate: $189 (through Feb 28); Regular Rate: $225
