Thank you for opening this email, I trust it finds you doing well. 

It’s been some time since I shared news with you from Great Lakes Profiles and a lot of exciting things have taken place over the past 18 months.  We’ve been extremely busy improving and expanding our products and services to better serve you.  We’ve made improvements in three areas with an eye toward helping you in the selection, development, and retention of your most precious resource - your people.

In conjunction with one of our resource partners, we now have 200 training courses available, all of which can be tailored to your specific needs.  Perhaps even more exciting, all of these courses are now available as e-Learning modules.  These modules are 60 to 90 minutes in length, they’re voice narrated, and are designed for self-paced learning.  In addition to our core Leadership curriculum, we also offer a “High Potential Leadership Program” and an “Emerging Leadership Program”.

Business Simulations
Our board based business simulations are fast becoming a popular way to increase the business and financial acumen of an organization’s leaders and employees.  Through the simulations, we help organizations teach their leaders and/or employees how to drive profitability by allowing them to “experience” the real-life complexities of running the business. Our customizable simulations are hands-on, board based experiences (not lectured based) where participants must make decisions in all aspects of the business.  They’re faced with challenging situations requiring them to balance shareholder needs with profitability, cash, and growth requirements. By doing so, they ultimately experience the effects of their decisions without risking real money.  We’re pleased to announce that the Talent Reality simulation is now accredited by HRCI.
Assessments have been our core business for more than twenty-five years.  About a year and a half ago, the publisher of our assessments was purchased by Wiley, a global publishing company that produces books, journals, and encyclopedias as well as online products and services, training materials, and educational materials.  We’re delighted with the many changes Wiley has made to our assessment portfolio and we’re especially excited to announce that the Leadership Analysis Report is now available at no additional cost when someone has taken a ProfileXT.
